Campaign Planning draws upon the recommendations made in the Campaign Readiness Assessment. It includes:

• Prioritizing your needs in a compelling and urgent Case for Support (the Case Statement);
• Determining a realistic campaign goal and the phases necessary to meet the goal;
• Identifying potential gifting sources;
• Enlisting effective campaign leadership;
• Finalizing a campaign roadmap and timetable; and
• Setting expectations for all constituencies.
